Manager Database Sourcing and Analysis

Job Description

  • List building and list research as per requirement
  • LinkedIn research and handling database tool (file import/export, database maintenance)
  • Gathering data from internet research for conferences, events & exhibitions
  • Coordination with sales team, sponsorship team and operations team for database purpose
  • Managing thousands of data using MS Excel
  • Data formatting, manipulation and data hygiene in excel
  • Searching information using internet (Mainly the executive details of companies)
  • Analyzing the database as per the industry and other segments and preparing the MIS reports and presenting it to the management
  • Handling the internet and web related activities
  • Handling company’s directories, visiting cards
  • Good knowledge of handling annual reports
  • Downloading relevant data from websites
  • Coordinating with the respective teams(sales, events and operations) regarding the events and other activities
  • Creating and maintaining the reports that allows the company to get information on business activities
  • Monitor implementation of MIS processes and evaluate their effectiveness
  • Creating appropriate database for sponsors as per requirement for the event
  • Familiar with some database like Factiva, LinkedIn, hoovers, One source, Zoom info, Reuters etc.

Job Description

  • Knowledge about exhibition / concept selling
  • Space selling for Exhibitions, Selling spaces magazines
  • B2c / B2B selling of spaces in exhibitions & print spaces
  • To do prospecting, data mining, cold calling, meetings, closing the sales and contributing to the revenue generation for the company
  • Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors when required
  • Develop existing as well as the new accounts, Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential sponsorship clients and Exhibitors
  • Design presentations and marketing campaigns for the promotion of the products
  • To understand the client’s requirements, conduct product demonstration
  • To follow up, close the sales and to build relationship with the clients after the closure of the sales cycle
  • Enhance the sales performance
  • Handling enquiries on the telephone, by email and by post, producing mailings and general office correspondence
  • Preparing promotional material to advertise sales opportunities
